2020 Virtual Strength and Conditioning Camp (grades 9-12)
DATE/TIME: June 1 - July 31 (32 sessions, 2-hour sessions, Mon.-Thurs.)
Sophmores - Seniors: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Freshman: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $100 (pay now or pay later)
No athlete will be turned away because of financial circumstances
Where: Google Meets (virtually)
What you need: Device that can access Google Meets and ready to work out (water bottle, workout gear, running shoes, cleats)
Description: Athletes will take part in a virtual strenghth and conditioning program 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday. Focus on technique, nutrition, and becoming more athletic and explosive through this program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed, power, agility, balance, reaction time & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. Athletes will stretch at the end of each session.
In Grades: 9 to 12 for 2020-21 School year
